How can I track my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to over 20 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was sent. To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty products.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Just Herbs is a strictly cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
